Hardened washers spread the nut load over a wider area and stop the nut face from digging into the flange. On a coated joint they also protect the coating from the rotating nut face.

How we make it
- ASTM F436 Type 1 hardened, 38–45 HRC
- DIN 125, DIN 126 and DIN 9021 in metric sizes
- Same coating as the studs so the whole set weathers together
