Everything on this page is made in the same plant, tested in the same lab and certified on the same document. A stud and its nuts leave together, matched.
Stud bolts
A fully threaded rod cut to length, chamfered both ends, supplied with two heavy hex nuts. It is the standard fastener for a flanged joint because it can be tightened from either side and replaced without pulling the pipe apart.

Threaded rods
Continuous thread rod in standard 1, 2 and 3 metre lengths or cut to any dimension you give us. Used for anchoring, pipe hangers, equipment supports and long flange joints where a stud bolt would be uneconomic.

Heavy hex nuts
Heavy hex nuts to ASTM A194, thicker and wider across flats than a standard hex nut so the thread engagement carries the full bolt load. We supply them matched to the stud, with the pairing stated on the certificate.

Washers
Hardened washers spread the nut load over a wider area and stop the nut face from digging into the flange. On a coated joint they also protect the coating from the rotating nut face.
