Checklist
What to put in the first email
Six lines is usually enough for a firm price. Anything missing, we will ask — but the first four save a round trip.
- 01The grade, or the flange size and pressure class
- 02Diameter and length, or a drawing
- 03Quantity, and whether it repeats
- 04Coating, if the specification names one
- 05Certificate level: 3.1, 3.2, or a NACE declaration
- 06Delivery date and destination port
